Ingredients needed to cook Afelia:
1kg of pork fillet cut in small pieces
2 Cups of red dry wine
3 tablespoons Dried coriander (crashed)
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
About 1/3 of a cup of olive oil
½ cup of water
Marinate the pork fillet with the wine, pepper and coriander overnight or at least two to three hours before cooking.
Heat the olive oil in a deep pot and add the meat with all liquids from the marinade and ½ cup of water. Add also salt to taste.
Lower the heat and let it cook for about 1 hour. Add more water if necessary until the meat is cooked and is tender.
*In the case you want to add potatoes in your food, fry the potatoes in a separate pan and then add them to the meat about 10 minutes before is done.
